3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or British Pounds (GBP) depending on the client's location, unless otherwise stated. Specific payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be set out in your service agreement.

Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. For custom service engagements, refund terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, images, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned or licensed by Theory Dept Pty Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

For custom platform builds and service engagements, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms will be defined in your individual service agreement.

5. User Contributions

If you submit content to the Site, such as testimonials, feedback, or other materials, you grant Dreams Dept a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, edit, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of marketing, promotion, and service improvement.
